Public offer

These are the terms on which food from Absopit kitchens is sold on absopit.ru. Under Russian law this is a public offer: a contract open to anyone, accepted by paying for an order. Short and to the point: what is sold, how to place and pay for an order, how to get the food and get money back.
1. Who sells what
The seller is fill in: seller’s full legal name, OGRN (state registration number) fill in: OGRN, INN (taxpayer number) fill in: INN, address: fill in: registered address. The buyer is you, the person placing the order on absopit.ru.
The subject is ready-made dishes from an Absopit kitchen, from the week’s menu, for the chosen days: “Whole day” (breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner) or “Lunch and dinner”, in Small, Regular or Large size, with delivery or pick-up.
Absopit is a partner product of the Absolute community. The Absolute community is not the seller and is not responsible for fulfilling the order.
2. How the contract is made
The offer is addressed to anyone. The contract is made at the moment the order is paid: payment means acceptance of all the terms of this offer.
Before paying, you choose the kitchen, the days, the product, the size and quantity, how to get the food and the address, mark what to leave out of the dishes, and give your name, phone and email for the receipt. Consent to the processing of personal data is given with a separate tick.
An order for a meal day is accepted until the deadline shown next to the menu, in local time. For Krasnaya Polyana the starting value is 20:00 two days before the day you eat.
The kitchen has a portion limit for each date. When it is reached, orders for that date are not accepted.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown on the site in roubles and apply at the moment the order is placed. Delivery costs a fixed amount for each zone; the total is shown before payment.
Payment is 100% in advance, by card or through SBP (the Faster Payments System) on the payment provider’s page: fill in: payment provider. The site does not receive or store card details.
The prepayment receipt arrives by email right after payment, the full settlement receipt when the order is received (54-FZ, the Russian law on cash registers and receipts).
An order not paid by the deadline is cancelled automatically.
4. Getting the food
Delivery comes in the window shown when ordering. For Krasnaya Polyana the starting value is the evening before the day you eat, 19:00–22:00 local time. Pick-up is at an Absolute centre, free, during the pick-up hours listed on the kitchen’s delivery page.
The food travels at +2…+6 °C in an insulated bag. On receipt, check the labels: name, date and hour of cooking, use-by date.
If nobody can receive the order within the delivery window: fill in: procedure if the order is not received within the delivery window.
After receipt, keep the food in the fridge at +2…+6 °C and eat it by the date on the label. The use-by date holds only under these conditions.
5. Quality and food information
Every portion is labelled under TR CU 022/2011, the Eurasian Customs Union food labelling regulation: name, ingredients, weight, calories, protein, fat and carbs, allergens, date and hour of cooking, use-by date, storage conditions, producer. The QR code on the label opens the dish page.
There is one kitchen, so allergen traces are possible. Exclusions remove products from dishes using swaps written in the recipe cards in advance. This is not a medical diet: the kitchen promises no therapeutic or other effect of the food on health.
The kitchen works to the Absopit standard published at absopit.ru/standard.
6. Skipping a day, cancellation and refund
You can withdraw from the order or from a single day at any time (Article 32 of the Russian Law on Consumer Rights Protection). Before that day’s deadline, the money for the day is refunded in full.
After the deadline, the refund is fill in: refund amount minus actual costs, in the lawyer’s wording.
Money goes back the same way the order was paid, within fill in: refund period. Details are in the “Cancellation and refunds” document.
7. Claims and disputes
If something is wrong with the food, write to fill in: seller’s email with the order number and a photo of the label. fill in: procedure and time limit for answering a claim.
A food safety complaint: the batch is withdrawn the same day, and the answer comes within 24 hours.
The contract is governed by the law of the Russian Federation, including the Law on Consumer Rights Protection. Disputes are settled by negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, in court under the rules of that law.
8. Version
Version of fill in: version date. An order is fulfilled under the version in force at the moment of payment. All versions are kept.
