Consent to personal data processing

This is a separate consent, not part of the offer and not part of the policy: 152-FZ, the Russian personal data law, requires it to stand on its own. It is given with a separate tick, “I consent to the processing of personal data”, when placing an order.
1. To whom
The tick means consent to the processing of personal data by the operator: fill in: seller’s full legal name, OGRN fill in: OGRN, INN fill in: INN, address: fill in: registered address.
2. What data
Name, phone, email address, the delivery address or the chosen pick-up centre, exclusions from dishes (product codes and a text of up to 100 characters), the order contents and history.
Health information is not on this list.
3. For what purpose
To fulfil the order: cook, label, deliver or hand it over. To take payment, issue a receipt, refund money. To contact you about the order.
4. What is done with the data
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer to the payment provider and the courier, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automated means.
Recording and storage take place in databases on the territory of Russia.
5. Term
The consent is valid until the purpose is achieved, but no longer than fill in: anonymisation period after the last day of the order, or until it is withdrawn.
6. How to withdraw
By email to fill in: seller’s email. Processing stops within the time set by 152-FZ.
Withdrawal takes effect when it is received and does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. Documents the law requires to be kept (receipts, for example) are kept for the required period.
