Personal data policy

Absopit collects only what it needs to cook, deliver and issue a receipt. The data is stored in Russia. Here is what is collected, why, where and for how long.
1. Operator
The personal data operator (the controller) is fill in: seller’s full legal name, OGRN fill in: OGRN, INN fill in: INN, address: fill in: registered address. Number in the register of operators kept by Roskomnadzor, the Russian data protection authority: fill in: number in the register of personal data operators.
Absopit and Absolute are separate legal entities and separate operators. Absopit customer data is not passed to Absolute.
2. What data
Only what the order needs: name, phone, email for the receipt, the delivery address or the chosen pick-up centre, what to leave out of the dishes.
Exclusions are stored as product codes (fish and seafood, meat and poultry, dairy, gluten, nuts) and a short text of up to 100 characters. This is information about products, not about health: the kitchen does not ask for diagnoses, and there is no need to write them in the “Something else” field.
Also stored: the order contents, dates, amount, payment status, and the versions of the offer and the consent accepted with the order. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s page; the site does not receive them.
The site does not collect geolocation, date of birth or data on behaviour on its pages.
3. Why
To cook, label and deliver the order or hand it over at a centre. To take payment, refund money and issue a receipt under 54-FZ, the Russian law on cash registers and receipts. To contact you about the order: confirm the address, warn of a kitchen pause, answer a claim.
There are no advertising mailings. If they ever appear, it will be only with a separate consent.
4. Where and for how long
The data is recorded and stored on a server in Russia: fill in: hosting provider and data-centre city. Before checkout, the basket lives only in your browser.
Only kitchen staff have access, by role, and every action is logged. Staff notifications about new orders carry no personal data.
Name, phone and address are anonymised fill in: anonymisation period after the last day of the order. Receipts and accounting documents are kept as long as the law requires.
5. Who receives it
The payment provider: for payment, refunds and receipts. The courier: the address, phone and delivery window, for the day of delivery.
No one else. The site has no foreign analytics and no third-party trackers; fonts load from the site itself. The data is not transferred abroad.
6. Your rights
To know what data about you is stored and get a copy. To correct inaccurate data. To demand deletion or blocking of data no longer needed for its purpose. To withdraw consent.
Requests go to fill in: seller’s email. The answer comes within the time set by 152-FZ, the Russian personal data law.

7. Version
Version of fill in: version date. A new version is published on this page; previous versions are kept.
