During the pilot, absopit.vn stores no orders and no personal data. An order is a message you send from your own WhatsApp or Zalo. Here is what the site sees and what the partner kitchen receives.
1. What the site stores
Nothing about you. The site has no accounts, no forms that send data to a server, no analytics and no third-party trackers. Fonts load from the site itself.
The basket is kept in your browser, on your device. You can clear it at any time along with the site data in your browser settings.
The server that delivers the pages may keep technical request logs: IP address, time, page. fill in: hosting and retention period for technical logs.
2. What the partner receives
The text of the order you send (days, product, size, address or pick-up centre, what to leave out, the total, and your name if you give it) and your messenger contact.
The partner, fill in: partner’s full legal name, processes this data to cook, deliver or hand over the order and to check the payment, under Vietnam’s personal data protection law. The partner keeps it for: fill in: partner’s data retention period.
3. Messengers and the bank
The message goes through WhatsApp or Zalo, and the payment through your bank by VietQR. They process data under their own rules. The site sees neither the chat nor the payment.
4. Products, not health
The kitchen asks which products to leave out of the dishes, not for a diagnosis. Health information is not needed in the message: naming the product is enough.
5. Absopit and Absolute
Absopit and Absolute are separate legal entities. Order data is not passed to Absolute.
6. Rights and contact
To see, correct or delete your order data, contact the partner: fill in: partner’s email. Questions about the site: fill in: Absopit email.
