Terms of sale: ordering on Phu Quoc

On Phu Quoc, Absopit runs as a pilot through a Vietnamese partner. The partner cooks and sells the food, to the Absopit standard and menu. The site shows the menu and builds the text of your order, but it does not accept or store orders.
1. Who sells
The seller is fill in: partner’s full legal name, registration number fill in: partner’s enterprise code (mã số doanh nghiệp), address: fill in: partner’s address. The kitchen’s food safety certificate: fill in: number and date of the partner’s food safety certificate.
The partner uses the Absopit brand, standard and menu under an agreement with fill in: legal entity that owns the Absopit brand. A kitchen that breaks the standard loses the right to the name.
2. How an order is placed
On the site you choose the days, the product, the size and quantity, how to get the food and what to leave out of the dishes. The site turns this into a ready message.
You send the message yourself, from your own WhatsApp or Zalo to the partner’s number: fill in: partner’s WhatsApp and Zalo. The order is accepted when the partner confirms it in reply and the payment arrives before the deadline.
3. Deadlines and getting the food
Orders for a meal day close at 18:00 the day before, local time (UTC+7). Delivery comes on the morning of the day you eat, 6:00–9:00, or you pick it up at the centre. These are starting values; the exact ones are shown next to the menu.
The food travels at +2…+6 °C in an insulated bag. After receipt, keep it in the fridge at +2…+6 °C and eat it by the date on the label.
4. Price and payment
Prices are in Vietnamese dong and apply at the moment of ordering. Payment is 100% in advance by VietQR to the partner’s account, with the amount and the order code in the payment reference.
Payments are checked by hand. An order not paid by the deadline is not cooked. There is no payment on delivery.
5. Cancellation and refund
You can skip a day or cancel the order with a message in the same chat, before that day’s deadline: the money for the day is refunded in full.
After the deadline, the refund is fill in: refund amount minus actual costs, in the lawyer’s wording.
Refunds are made by the partner: fill in: refund method and period.
6. Quality and allergens
Every portion carries a label in Vietnamese and in Russian or English: ingredients, weight, calories, protein, fat and carbs, allergens, date and hour of cooking, use-by date.
There is one kitchen, so allergen traces are possible. Exclusions are products, not diagnoses, and the kitchen promises no therapeutic or other effect of the food on health.
Claims go to the partner: fill in: partner’s email. A food safety complaint: the batch is withdrawn the same day, and the answer comes within 24 hours.
